3D puff embroidery needs more than extra density. The design must cut and cover foam cleanly, hold its shape, and avoid details that collapse at production size. We create purpose-built puff files for a crisp raised finish.
Common applications
Edge stitches, caps, overlaps, and stitch angles are arranged to cover foam and reduce exposed edges.
Very fine lines, small gaps, and intricate shapes may not suit puff. We identify likely issues before digitizing.
For combination designs, we sequence flat embroidery and foam areas to protect registration and dimension.
