Logo Digitizing

Logo Digitizing That Protects Your Brand in Thread

Embroidery cannot reproduce every pixel literally. Our job is to translate your logo into thread while protecting the features people recognize: proportion, lettering, negative space, and visual hierarchy.

Common applications

  • Company uniforms
  • Apparel brands
  • Team and school logos
  • Promotional merchandise
  • Polos and work shirts
  • Corporate gifting

What production-ready means here.

01

Brand detail preserved

We simplify only where thread requires it, keeping the logo balanced and recognizable at the requested size.

02

Placement-aware setup

A left-chest logo, sleeve mark, hat front, and jacket back each need a different digitizing strategy.

03

Repeatable output

We focus on consistent registration, readable lettering, and sensible density for ongoing production.

Questions, answered

Logo Digitizing FAQ

Can you digitize a low-resolution logo?

Usually, yes. Send the best file you have. If the art needs rebuilding first, we can recommend vector conversion as part of the quote.

Will the embroidered logo look exactly like the screen version?

We preserve the brand character, but very fine lines, gradients, and tiny gaps may need embroidery-friendly adjustments. We explain meaningful changes before production.

Can one file work at every size?

Not always. Significant size changes affect density, stitch length, underlay, and detail. A separate size may be needed for the cleanest result.
