Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the artwork and production details supplied. Work begins after the order, scope, timing, and payment terms are confirmed through our communication with you.

Turnaround

Response and completion times are estimates, not guarantees. Rush timing may be available after order confirmation and varies with artwork complexity, revision needs, current workload, and customer response time.

Customer-supplied content

You confirm that you have the rights or permission needed for artwork you submit. You are responsible for checking names, wording, dimensions, colors, placement, and other project instructions.

Proofs and production

Review proofs and file details before production. Machine settings, thread, needles, backing, hooping, material, and operator decisions affect the final sew-out. A sample sew-out is recommended before a full run.

Revisions

We address reasonable adjustments that remain within the confirmed scope. New sizes, changed artwork, new applications, or substantial redesigns may require a revised quote.
